通过开发和利用高通量测序技术来解析微生物转录机器在基因转录过程中的工作机理和调控机制,并基于调控元件和转录调控原理设计开发新型的调控元件库和转录量控制平台等合成生物学使能技术,通过重塑转录调控网络和转录组,来提升微生物细胞工厂的性能。
