利用合成生物学和代谢工程技术,围绕重要酶、结构蛋白及活性聚合物的微生物合成开展基础及应用研究。设计构建蛋白纳米支架,组装多酶反应器,实现高附加值化合物的体内外合成。在Nature CommunicationsMetabolic EngineeringCarbohydrate PolymersMicrobial Cell Factories等期刊发表论文29篇,申请专利13项,授权5项。
