研究方向:
  

长期从事计算系统生物学指导的高效生物转化途径的系统设计和构建研究,致力于代谢网络模型构建、模型质控方法开发、非天然途径设计算法开发、代谢工程改造靶点预测等方向研究,近两年来重点开展了模型理性指导下的碳一途径设计研究。
